Last week, we saw Lil Wayne tear sh-- up at the party in his 2011 MTV VMA First Look promo. Today, we get some more insight into the party and ZOMGGGG, Britney Spears is there, too! Not only is she there, she's running it.

Decked out in ALL SPIKES EVERYTHING, the "I Wanna Go" singer busts through the doors to find herself in the middle of a dance party. At first glance, we see a Michael Jackson reference (the Off The Wall album cover), a Janet Jackson reference (her famed barely there Rolling Stone cover), and a few different Britney reference ("I'm A Slave 4 U" bra, "Baby One More Time" school girl outfit). Then we see Britney on the ones and twos playing DJ. If that's not enough to confuse you, at the end of the clip Britney poses in front of a neon sign that reads the words: "A TRIBUTE TO BRITNEY SPEARS."

WHAAAAT. Even though we are the ones organizing the VMAs and everything, WHAT DOES THIS MEEEEAN? Guess we'll have to tune in to see.
